Our interior home cleaning services cover 95% of what most customers want. Some things we don’t cover because they are out of our area of expertise, due to insurance requirements or for the safety of our employees. These include:
- Cleaning or handling art, antiques, very fragile or very expensive items
- TV and computer screens, associated wiring
- Outside windows
- Vacuuming draperies
- Extreme mold or biohazardous material
- Extreme clutter
- Garages and patios
- Unclog drains
- Extermination services (insects, etc.)
- Pet messes and litter box clean up
- Heavily soiled areas
- Lifting items weighing over 25 lbs.
- Moving furniture – to prevent scratching floors
- Working on any ladder higher than 2 steps
