It’s entirely up to you! Many clients prefer to be out during the cleaning, while others like to be home to communicate specific needs.

We understand that life can be unpredictable! Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Yes! We use Mrs. Meyers eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to ensure a safe environment for both your family and pets.

As long as it is within the scope of our services, you can communicate any specific requests or areas that need extra attention when scheduling your service.

While we take great care in your home, accidents can happen. Please contact us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will address it promptly.
